Crunch Time.

Everything is starting to pick up speed even more.
And to make things more interesting, I now have to rebuild my laptop with a new hard drive. Yesterday (Monday the 9th), I brought my laptop to the apple store and they basically said my hard drive is doomed. To make a long story short, I basically epically failed finding the right replacement drive yesterday, so i'm gonna figure it out today. The reason this is so rushed is because I need this computer during our recording session (which is on Thursday) and I especially need it when we're on tour. So it needs to get done as soon as humanly possible.
But this wouldn't be the music industry if there weren't plenty of other things to worry about. The new song that Smoke Screen and I were working on was originally going to be on my EP, however yesterday we realized that we didn't like where it was going so we started a new one. This new song has to be 100% done by our recording session on Thursday so that I can release it with the EP on Friday. And I also have to go back and edit/rerecord some of the stuff I've done already. And I also have to put the final mixing touches on the remix I did for Smoke Screen's rerelease of their album, which is being released on Saturday. And on top of that I have two more songs to mix/master from Tommy's solo project (For those not familiar with the term "mastering," it has to with equalizing the mix of the entire song so that each piece can be heard clearly through almost any size/type of speakers or headphones).
And we're also still trying to solidify our gig at The Shadow Lounge in Pittsburgh... It's tough keeping in touch with these people. But it's looking pretty likely that we'll get it.

Still having fun despite the stressful aspects and really looking forward to releasing this EP and finally heading out on tour.
